- That all ongoing communication with employees, your pension provider and the Pensions Regulator will be carried out in time so that you will not be penalised for late submissions – provided that we receive full payroll information at least four working days before the deadline and can obtain authorisation from the person responsible.
Should you be penalised by the Pensions Regulator because of our failing, we will reimburse any fines or penalties imposed.

As part of our payroll service, we provide full CIS compliance for contractors. Our software takes care of the verification process by connecting directly to the HMRC computer. Deduction statements are produced for subbies which give them all of the information needed. The CIS Monthly Return is produced automatically and we file it on line so that it only takes seconds to be received by HMRC, with an automatic confirmation of receipt sent back eliminating any arguments about when a return was posted or received.
- To file your CIS monthly return on time so you never receive a late payment penalty – provided we have the relevant information at least five working days before the deadline of the 19th of each month.
- If we fail to file on time we will immediately pay you £100 to cover the penalty.
